LOAD TEST OF WINCH - NAM CONG 2 HYDROPOWER
I. PROJECT INTRODUCTION:

The total installed capacity of Nam Cong 2 project has an installed capacity of 66 MW, an average power output of 263.22 million kWh. With a total investment of $78,980,000, the project was started in the first quarter of 2011 and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2017.

In addition to improving the quality of life of Attapeu people, the project also contributes to creating jobs for thousands of workers in one of the poorest provinces in Laos.

II. THE PURPOSE OF EXPERIMENT:

Winch is widely used in industry and construction, especially hydroelectric projects. Winch at hydroelectric projects often have to lift large objects, large loads. To ensure the ability to work safely, the winch needs to be checked for quality and safety before putting into use. One of the winch tests is to test the lifting capacity of the device.
