THE STATUS OF THE WORK:
     Structure of steel concrete foundation of CO2 tower: size of tank is 9.10m x 4.80m x 1.20m. 
     The concrete foundations of 300 marks. CO2 tank height is 18.24 m. Tank diameter 3.0 m.

     Steel concrete foundation of CO2 tower has cracks.
     Cracks appear at the foundation of CO2 Tower.

THE CONTENT OF THE WORK:
     On the basis of the requirements, the defined purpose and the requirements of the processes of related design, inspection and evaluation, the petition for implementation is as follows:

1. Test quality of materials and components of construction
1 Determine details of cracks in structure of foundation
2 Determine the strength and quality of field concrete by ultrasonic method combined with rebound hammer
.
3 Determine the inspection of density of reinforcement and thickness of protected concrete
2. Monitor the development of cracks
1 Monitor the development of cracks in the structure during 10 days
3. Model, analyze and evaluate results
1 Model,structure according to real data, analysis, assessment

       * Some pictures and equipment for inspection and monitoring:

        Equipment for inspection and monitoring includes corresponding, appropriate equipment; meeting current standard requirements and technological processes, including:
steel measuring tape, tape measure, pamme monitoring sensor the expansion of cracks(03 sets).
        Profometer 5+ reinforced detector (Switzerland).
       TICO-Proceq concrete ultrasound machine (Switzerland).
       Video camera, camera.
       Magnify glass with 0.1mm divider, crack gauge.
       Specialized systems of scaffolding, supporting beam, and centring.
       Ensure safety equipment.
